Oshi

Privacy Policy

This page explains what this review website does with information about you when you read it, click a link or write to us. We are an independent publisher of casino reviews. We do not run any casino, we do not take deposits and we never see your gaming account.

Who we are

This website publishes written reviews of online casinos for readers in Australia. The reviews are editorial opinion. The site is separate from every casino it covers, including Oshi, and none of them has access to the data we hold about visitors.

If you want to ask about this policy or about information we hold, use the email address shown on the site or the contact route in the footer. We answer privacy questions in writing.

What we collect

Most visitors give us nothing beyond what a browser sends automatically: an IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the browser and device type, and the page that referred you. Our server logs keep this for a short period so we can spot abuse and fix faults.

If you write to us we keep your email address and your message so we can reply. We do not ask for dates of birth, ID documents, card numbers or gambling history, and we ask you not to send them.

Cookies and measurement

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage for basic site function and for anonymous traffic counts, which tell us which reviews are read and which are ignored. We do not use them to build a profile of your gambling.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still load, though a few convenience features may not remember your choices.

Links to casinos

Buttons on this site lead to the operator's own website. When you click, the operator's site and any tracking partner it uses may set their own cookies and record your visit. Their privacy policy governs what happens next, and you should read it before you register.

We may receive a commission if you sign up and play after using one of our links. The commission does not change the price you pay or the odds you get.

How we use information

We use the data above to run the site, answer messages, understand which content is useful and protect against spam and fraud. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass your email address to casinos.

We keep server logs and messages only as long as they are needed for those purposes and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This policy may change as the site changes. The version on this page is the current one, and material changes will be reflected here.
